Our Location

The ̽»¨ÉçÇø is based on the beautiful waterfront in Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk, within close proximity to London, a number of international airports and Harwich Ferry Terminal — perfectly located to welcome you from across the UK and the globe.

Parking and Transportation

Visitors to the University should use Duke Street car park (IP3 0AQ). Please refer to the  for further information and other car parks in the area. For information on parking for open events, visit our Open Days page. View the IPSERV Car Park privacy notice.

There is disabled parking in our car parks for staff and students, and also directly behind the Waterfront Building on Coprolite Street.

Duke Street car park also contains disabled parking bays for visitors to the University.

The University is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Ipswich train station. Alternatively, a taxi rank can be found immediately outside the station.
